The Customer Solutions Manager drives revenue growth through sales efforts, manages client relationships, and oversees project execution in the environmental industry.

Supervise and mentor field crews performing emergency spill response, hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, tank cleanings, remediation, and biohazard cleanup. Interface with customers and regulators, prepare proposals, enforce safety procedures, and assist with site remediation and disposal logistics.

Lead planning, execution, and closeout of industrial service projects. Develop schedules and budgets, manage onsite teams and subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance, monitor KPIs and financials, communicate with clients, and drive project completion and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end procurement and master data: create and reconcile POs, maintain ERP/CRM records, onboard suppliers/customers, coordinate IT provisioning, document SOPs, resolve discrepancies with Finance, and drive continuous improvement across procurement and onboarding workflows.
