The role also maintains HR knowledge, partners with managers and safety teams, and visits at least two operational sites per week within the assigned region.

Supervises emergency response and environmental cleanup operations, including tank cleaning, hazardous waste handling, biohazard remediation, spill-site cleanup, demolition, and soil or debris removal. Manages technicians, operators, drivers, and foremen; coordinates with customers and officials; prepares project proposals; ensures safety and compliance; and oversees waste staging, profiling, processing, and disposal. The role requires physical work in industrial, confined-space, and extreme-temperature environments.

Leads industrial cleaning, environmental emergency response, confined-space cleaning, hydro blasting, and vacuum truck operations. Conducts job walks, scopes and quotes projects, plans field activities, coordinates crews and equipment, communicates with customers, and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements. Supervises and develops field personnel, conducts safety meetings and hazard assessments, maintains documentation, and responds to hazardous-material emergencies and after-hours assignments.

Supports Commercial operations through CRM administration, sales reporting, business analytics, dashboard development, commission quality control, and process improvement. Maintains CRM data integrity, analyzes sales performance, prepares executive reporting packages, supports marketing analytics, and coordinates new sales representative onboarding. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to improve workflows, provide business insights, and support revenue growth.

Supports district operations through accurate customer billing, invoice review, billing adjustments, cash receipt posting, payment processing, customer account setup, and discrepancy resolution. The role also responds to customer inquiries, hosts process-improvement calls, assists project teams, and performs administrative recordkeeping. Success requires accuracy, organization, communication, analytical problem-solving, and timely execution.

Requires environmental industry sales experience, strong negotiation skills, target achievement, and travel of 50% or more.

Oversee and direct field operations for industrial environmental services, driving safety, efficiency, and profitability. Develop operational strategies, manage personnel, equipment, budgets, KPIs, client and vendor relationships, training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.

Lead planning, execution, and closeout of industrial service projects. Create project plans, manage timelines, budgets and subcontractors, enforce safety and compliance, report financials and status to clients and management, conduct site inspections, and drive client satisfaction and repeat business.

Supervise on-site emergency response and environmental services including spill response, tank cleanings, remediation, biohazard cleanup, hazardous waste staging/disposal, staff management, customer and regulator interaction, and safety compliance.
