Plan, execute, and close industrial service projects. Define scope, develop schedules and budgets, manage teams and subcontractors, mitigate risks, ensure safety and permit compliance, perform site inspections, communicate with clients, track KPIs and financials, and conduct project closeout and post-project reviews to drive client satisfaction.

Supervise and mentor operations staff for emergency response and environmental services, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, tank cleanings, spill remediation, demolition, biohazard cleanup, customer and regulatory liaison, proposal generation, and safety compliance.

The Customer Solutions Manager drives revenue growth through sales efforts, manages client relationships, and oversees project execution in the environmental industry.
