Supervise and mentor field crews performing emergency spill response, hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, tank cleanings, remediation, and biohazard cleanup. Interface with customers and regulators, prepare proposals, enforce safety procedures, and assist with site remediation and disposal logistics.

Lead AR and collections operations for a high-volume environmental services firm: supervise a small team, ensure accurate invoicing and cash application, drive collections to reduce DSO, manage credit and risk, produce AR reporting, improve AR processes/automation, handle escalated disputes, and maintain compliance with financial controls and industry regulations.

The Business Development Manager will identify and close new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and maintain client relationships in the environmental industry.
