Implement and integrate AI solutions across logistics, HR, and administrative functions. Build RAG architectures, develop deep learning and generative AI models, work with LLMs (Meta Llama, OpenAI GPT), and collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership. Internship may lead to full-time employment.

Lead daily logistics operations to meet SLAs and budgets; manage and develop frontline supervisors; document SOPs; monitor KPIs and costs; coordinate cross-functional partners; ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements.

Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Drive HR compliance, workforce planning, process improvement, culture and leadership development, and implement AI-driven tools to scale people operations.

Provide full-time executive-level administrative support to the President/CEO, managing complex scheduling, travel, correspondence, files (paper and electronic), meeting preparation, court documents for receivership, and office/board meeting coordination while supporting administrative services and office operations.

Support the Controller in multi-entity financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and working capital. Drive internal controls, ERP optimization, process improvements, and coach accounting staff while partnering with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and support growth.
