Lead development and maintenance of Python-based QA automation frameworks and test tools for wireless and cloud products. Build UI and backend automation, implement AI-based testing improvements, maintain Jenkins or GitLab pipelines, review test code, define automation roadmaps, and communicate testing status. The role requires extensive QA automation experience, API and UI testing expertise, Unix/Linux skills, version control proficiency, and familiarity with networking tools and telecom or SaaS environments.

Validate and test RF transceiver boards and antennas (3–7 GHz): measure s-parameters and patterns, characterize RF subsystems over temperature, troubleshoot failures, analyze data, and produce test reports while supporting production.

Leads hardware failure analysis and diagnostics from returned field units through root cause, disposition, and corrective action. Develops Python and Bash automation, test plans, lab procedures, acceptance criteria, and diagnostic tools for embedded Linux hardware. Investigates RF, memory, power, serial, GPS, and timing issues using laboratory equipment and cross-functional evidence. Identifies fleet-wide quality trends, validates new hardware, improves QA processes, mentors engineers, and drives corrective actions to closure.
