Leads TAPI’s APAC commercial region, driving revenue, profitability, market share, customer partnerships, pricing, negotiations, and strategic growth. Oversees sales teams across multiple countries, develops regional commercial strategy, strengthens commercial excellence through data-driven performance management, and collaborates with global and cross-functional leaders. The role also represents TAPI externally, develops high-performing teams, and ensures compliance, ethical, safety, and environmental standards while traveling internationally approximately 50% of the time.

Manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships for pharmaceutical raw materials, solvents, and reagents. Ensure QOTIF delivery, supply continuity, inventory targets, regulatory compliance, and cost savings. Lead supplier development, negotiations, source diversification, materials planning, and cross-functional procurement roadmaps. The role requires 7–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in pharmaceutical R&D procurement, along with strong project management and ERP skills.

Leads HR strategy and employee lifecycle processes for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. Partners with site leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, change management, employee and industrial relations, compliance, contract labor, and workforce cost management. Oversees HR systems, statutory compliance, audits, employee welfare, disciplinary matters, and development of a high-performance culture.

Support end-to-end procurement operations globally including vendor onboarding and ERP setup, requisition validation, PO approval and maintenance, order confirmations, inquiry management, and reporting/governance to ensure compliance and SLA adherence.
