Oversees HR systems, statutory compliance, audits, employee welfare, disciplinary matters, and development of a high-performance culture.

Leads the site-wide Environmental, Health and Safety strategy, programs, compliance, risk management, process safety, environmental performance, incident investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manages the EHS department, develops team capabilities, promotes a proactive safety culture, and partners with manufacturing, laboratories, engineering, quality, HR, procurement, and global stakeholders to embed EHS requirements across operations.

Leads global indirect procurement strategy and execution for CAPEX, MRO, and laboratory categories across pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, tenders, negotiations, supplier management, contract support, procurement governance, CAPEX project support, supplier consolidation, standardization, market intelligence, savings delivery, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
