Leads integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution across paid media, social, SEO, GEO, content, and analytics. Develops campaign plans, messaging, budgets, targeting, and performance recommendations; partners with creative, analytics, and account teams; supports proposals, pitches, and business development; and champions practical AI adoption across the agency. This hands-on leadership role also mentors team members, presents directly to clients, and oversees marketing work for primarily B2B, government, nonprofit, and association clients.

Lead web and digital projects from kickoff through launch and ongoing delivery. Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, client communications, risks, and project outcomes with substantial autonomy. Translate client needs into effective digital experiences while collaborating closely with UX, design, information architecture, and development teams. The role requires hands-on Drupal and WordPress project experience and practical daily use of AI tools for planning, documentation, research, communication, and project execution.

Lead hands-on web and digital creative direction, producing innovative, award-caliber website designs and guiding client-facing creative presentations. Serve as an AI change agent by integrating AI tools into design and development workflows. Mentor and energize the creative team, collaborate across departments, and contribute directly to client deliverables. Preferred experience includes brand and advertising design, UX strategy, video production, animation, editorial content, and social media design.
