Receives, stores, kits, assembles, inventories, invoices, and ships products while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting fulfillment SLAs. Communicates with departments, carriers, vendors, and customers; manages ticket queues and account transactions; follows logistics procedures; resolves issues; and supports process improvements. This fully onsite warehouse-office role requires reliable attendance, task focus, accuracy, teamwork, customer service, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
