Lead IT operations and service delivery in a player-coach role: manage Tier 1-3 support, own ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, SLAs), improve metrics, maintain CMDB/service catalog, manage vendors and assets, and mentor IT staff to drive continual service improvement.

Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across email, social, paid channels, and web. Create and produce content (blogs, landing pages, video scripts), lead video production, optimize SEO and paid media, track performance with HubSpot and Google Analytics, report insights, support sales for lead generation, and represent the company at events (travel up to 20%).

Execute month-end close tasks, reconcile general ledger and bank accounts, prepare journal entries and accruals, support AR/AP collections, import/export financial data with the ERP, recommend process improvements, and assist with audits and cross-functional accounting issues.

Serve as liaison between customers, product leadership, and engineering to gather and document requirements, create BRDs/FRDs and user stories, support Agile ceremonies, QA/UAT, release planning, and analyze APIs, integrations, data mapping, reporting, and workflow automation.
