Coordinate workplace biomechanics, ergonomic assessments, injury prevention programs, and employee health-promotion initiatives. Develop physical demands testing, investigate injury risk, and collaborate with EHS, HR, and leadership to implement interventions and education.

Build infrastructure automation, tooling, and internal services for hybrid on-prem/cloud environments. Convert scripts into repeatable services, develop middleware and APIs, improve reliability and observability, collaborate on design reviews, and document tooling and architecture for maintainability.

Lead IT operations and service delivery in a player-coach role: manage Tier 1-3 support, own ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, SLAs), improve metrics, maintain CMDB/service catalog, manage vendors and assets, and mentor IT staff to drive continual service improvement.
