Accountant I will support month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and collections, and accounts payable activities. The role also analyzes financial data, resolves discrepancies, supports audits, improves accounting processes, identifies automation opportunities, and trains AP staff. Success requires strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, ERP experience, attention to detail, analytical ability, and effective cross-functional communication.
