Provide professional, legally compliant HR advice to managers and employees across absence, conduct, performance and restructures. Maintain and improve HR policies, support regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA/SMCR), manage confidential employee records, and assist with people initiatives including salary reviews, performance cycles, onboarding and change activity to foster a positive working environment.

The Senior Credit Risk Analyst will oversee credit risk strategies, manage performance of scorecards, produce MI reports, and drive risk improvement initiatives.
