Lead digital growth across acquisition, SEO/GEO, MarTech-enabled customer journeys, app adoption, proposition activation, and integrated campaigns. Own campaign planning, optimisation, analytics, reporting, copywriting, and customer communications while ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty and financial promotions regulations. Collaborate with product, technology, data, risk, compliance, agencies, and marketing teams to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and operational effectiveness in a regulated banking environment.

Provides legally compliant HR advice to employees and managers on employee relations, absence, misconduct, performance, restructures, FCA conduct rules, and employment law. Maintains HR policies, processes, templates, and confidential records; supports organizational change, salary and performance reviews, engagement surveys, onboarding, fit and proper assessments, and FCA/PRA compliance. Builds effective relationships with managers, identifies people-related risks, and contributes to employee development and wellbeing initiatives.
