Supervises staff and supports daily program operations, including workflow, staffing, service delivery, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, incident reviews, and team development. Ensures services follow organizational standards, evidence-based practices, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures while promoting positive outcomes for clients, families, and staff.

Provide trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate direct care and instruction to children in the Therapeutic Child Care program. Deliver routines and targeted interventions aligned with treatment plans, create a safe structured environment, collaborate with supervisors, clinical staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team, and integrate therapeutic and educational supports to promote positive outcomes.

Oversee daily cottage operations for an inpatient youth program, supervise and coach staff, implement therapeutic programming, maintain trauma-informed care and documentation standards, and ensure a safe, structured environment. The role provides direct, compassionate care to children with intellectual or developmental disabilities while coordinating with internal and external partners and supporting staff training and performance.

Provide community-based, skill-building services to children and families, participate in agency and community trainings, attend meetings and groups, and learn agency procedures, processes, and standards.

Provide direct care, supervision, and support to children in a therapeutic classroom. Assist classroom staff with routines, activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment while applying Tanager's RISE framework in interactions with children, families, and team members.

Unpaid bachelor-level internship in Community Based BHIS providing skill-based behavioral health services to children and families in community/home settings. Interns attend agency and community trainings, participate in meetings and groups, and learn program procedures, standards, and real-world clinical practice.

Provide direct care, supervision, and support to children in a therapeutic classroom. Assist with routines, therapeutic interventions, and developmentally appropriate activities. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team to support social, emotional, and developmental treatment goals using trauma-informed, relationship-based care.

Provide supervised, practical inpatient experience applying classroom learning in social work/human services. Observe clinical practice, engage with children and families, and explore agency career paths across prevention, treatment, and outreach.

Provide supervised, real-world internship placements for master’s students in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Family Therapy to apply academic learning to practical clinical experience.

Provide direct, trauma-informed care to youth in an inpatient setting; assist leadership with timely documentation (shift notes, incident reports, bed checks); ensure Youth Service Workers supervise effectively; implement behavior management, restorative practices, and safety protocols to promote stability and healing.

Provide community- and home-based mental health support to children and families through skill-based services and case management. Participate in agency and community trainings, meetings, and learn agency procedures and standards while gaining supervised clinical experience.
