Supervises staff and supports daily program operations, including workflow, staffing, service delivery, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, incident reviews, and team development. Ensures services follow organizational standards, evidence-based practices, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures while promoting positive outcomes for clients, families, and staff.

Provide trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate direct care and instruction to children in the Therapeutic Child Care program. Deliver routines and targeted interventions aligned with treatment plans, create a safe structured environment, collaborate with supervisors, clinical staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team, and integrate therapeutic and educational supports to promote positive outcomes.

Oversee daily cottage operations for an inpatient youth program, supervise and coach staff, implement therapeutic programming, maintain trauma-informed care and documentation standards, and ensure a safe, structured environment. The role provides direct, compassionate care to children with intellectual or developmental disabilities while coordinating with internal and external partners and supporting staff training and performance.
