Provide email and phone-based technical support to French-speaking customers using tamigo’s workforce management software. Troubleshoot issues, train and enable customers, translate documentation into French, assist with contract renewals, build product and market expertise, and contribute to internal projects and system optimizations.

Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Conduct research, outreach, discovery calls, book meetings, manage HubSpot CRM, handle small deals, support larger deals, and learn to close midsize accounts. Focused on the Danish market.

Manage a portfolio of DACH customers to ensure adoption, retention, and growth of the tamigo SaaS solution. Build relationships, drive upsells/cross-sells, generate referrals, coordinate handovers with Sales and Implementation, and manage renewals and price adjustments.
