As a Sales Engineer, you will onboard clients, optimize account performance, collaborate with teams, and resolve technical issues while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain business workflow automations (primarily using n8n and AI coding tools), develop integrations and connectors, and handle IT support, M365 administration, network monitoring with Cisco Meraki, onboarding/offboarding, and security policy work toward SOC/ISO 27001 goals.

Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, mentor engineers, maintain and optimize AWS infrastructure, oversee code development and quality, and guide architecture and system design. Collaborate with product and design stakeholders to deliver projects, establish engineering standards, adopt best practices, and support technical problem-solving. The role also involves developing data-driven applications using distributed systems, data-processing frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and languages such as Python, Java, or PHP.
