Teams at Talos

Build and maintain Talos' foundational platform infrastructure: high-performance API gateways (FIX, WebSocket, REST), Aeron-based low-latency messaging, and sequencer/market-data pipelines. Solve hard distributed-systems problems (ordering, determinism, active-active, zero-downtime), ensure throughput and latency requirements, and provide reusable service primitives. Own projects end-to-end and lead technical decisions across abstraction layers.

Support Sell-Side product roadmap execution by defining requirements, validating API workflows, coordinating releases and client go-lives, maintaining documentation, and liaising across Engineering, Client Solutions, and Support.

As a TechOps Engineer, manage system administration, cloud infrastructure, and improve operational efficiency through automation and collaboration with teams. Responsibilities include IAM management, IaC, and maintaining Linux systems.
