Teams at Talos

Leads the data quality engineering team and owns correctness across client-facing APIs, streaming systems, cloud data delivery, reference data, and security master data. Builds adaptive quality checks, AI-assisted testing, governance and lineage tooling, resilience and load tests, and defect detection processes. Maintains OpenMetadata or equivalent governance systems and expands quality coverage across trading and analytics products.

Drive new business and key relationships with UK and European banks, broker-dealers, and traditional financial institutions. Own the full consultative sales lifecycle, from origination through close, while managing existing accounts and expansion opportunities. Lead senior discovery and demonstrations, translate institutional trading needs into Talos solutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce pipeline forecasts, represent Talos in London, and mentor junior sales staff.

Own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of trading connectivity capabilities across exchanges, liquidity providers, and market structures. Lead integration projects from technical assessment through production rollout, coordinating Engineering, clients, and external partners. Define capabilities involving order entry, market data, APIs, FIX, resiliency, performance, liquidity aggregation, smart order routing, and execution algorithms. Investigate production issues using technical documentation, logs, JSON, SQL, and production data.
