Responsibilities include translating leadership priorities into plans, supervising administrative staff, coordinating busy-season support, overseeing billing and collections in Karbon, managing office operations and vendors, standardizing procedures, supporting compliance tracking, and leading AI tool adoption. The role also drives accountability, reporting, process improvement, and cross-department coordination across tax, audit, client accounting, and legal teams.

Manages complex tax compliance, planning, return review, client relationships, workflow, and department initiatives. Reviews individual, partnership, S corporation, corporate, trust, multistate, consolidated, and foreign reporting returns. Provides tax advice, identifies planning opportunities, supports IRS risk mitigation, oversees client projects, coordinates staffing, develops employees, and contributes to training, onboarding, process improvement, and tax department strategy.

Leads complex tax compliance and planning engagements for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and family offices. Provides strategic advisory on entity structuring, succession, M&A, and wealth preservation; reviews complex returns; mentors tax professionals; supports staffing and practice operations; develops client and referral relationships; drives business development, quality control, workflow improvements, and AI adoption. The role offers a pathway to Principal or Partner.
