The Audit Associate supports audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion. Responsibilities include audit testing, workpaper preparation, financial statement support, walkthroughs, risk assessments, internal control testing, financial analysis, accounting research, and client communication. The role requires applying GAAP and auditing standards, managing multiple assignments, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with engagement teams while developing public accounting expertise.

Prepare and issue multi-location customer billings; reconcile site-level P&L statements; manage pass-through, transportation, and special-event billing; maintain AR records, resolve billing disputes, and complete month-end reconciliations and journal entries. Coordinate with operations and management to ensure contract compliance, accurate revenue recognition, and timely financial reporting and audit support.
