Manages complex tax compliance, planning, and review engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S corporations, trusts, and small businesses. Oversees client relationships, tax projects, workflow, scheduling, staff training, onboarding, and process improvements. Advises clients on tax issues, IRS risk mitigation, and tax reduction strategies while providing technical leadership, department support, and team development.

The Senior Tax Manager provides strategic tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and family offices. Responsibilities include reviewing complex 1040, 1065, 1041, 1120-S, and 1120 engagements; mentoring tax professionals; leading technical discussions; managing client relationships; supporting business development; improving tax department operations; and advancing AI-enabled workflows. The role offers a pathway to Principal or Partner.
