Supports Client Success operations across coaching and client-facing programs by owning workflows, lifecycle design, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, capacity planning, SOPs, and performance tracking. Analyzes engagement and client health data to identify risks and improvement opportunities, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and prepares documentation for audits and partner reviews. Partners with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to align definitions, reporting, and operational priorities.

Provides psychiatric consultation to Collaborative Care teams managing patients in primary care. Reviews assigned caseloads, advises on medications and evidence-based treatment adjustments, supports transitions to specialized mental health care, and offers ad hoc consultation for complex cases. Collaborates with primary care providers and Behavioral Health Care Managers through remote consultations, education, and clinical oversight.

Handles escalated payor support contacts, health plan inquiries, unmatched members, VIP issues, internal escalations, and back-office workflows. Prioritizes requests, supports customer-facing teams, and improves internal processes. Collaborates with Product and other departments to identify trends, develop solutions, and share client feedback and feature opportunities.
