Provides guest service and technical support for casino slot machines and related equipment. Performs cleaning, routine maintenance, software updates, equipment installations, inventory, and shop organization. Assists with slot projects, monitors equipment for irregularities or tampering, handles keys securely, and coordinates with slot operations, regulators, vendors, and other departments. Requires adherence to company, state, tribal, and gaming compliance standards.

Develops financial plans, forecasts, budgets, analytical reports, and decision models. Analyzes financial performance, trends, contracts, promotions, business assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Performs cost-benefit and breakeven analyses while partnering with management across the organization. Requires strong financial modeling, accounting software, Power BI, and SQL capabilities.

Plans, coordinates, and executes casino promotional events and activations from concept through on-site delivery. Manages promotional systems, vendors, prizes, budgets, logistics, compliance, records, cash handling, and guest engagement. Leads events, public speaking, and real-time issue resolution while analyzing performance data and supporting brand growth, visitation, and guest loyalty. Requires strong organization, communication, project coordination, and flexible scheduling.
