Use crash reports, Android vitals, reviews, analytics, and AI tooling to improve the user experience. Collaborate closely with Product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Own Talk360’s acquisition portfolio across paid and organic channels, reallocating investment based on CAC, LTV, and business outcomes. Lead segment-based acquisition, SEO, ASO, AI discovery, experimentation, and performance analysis across markets. Collaborate with product, data, creative, content, and CRM teams to rapidly test propositions, channels, and user segments.

Own the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, engagement, compensation, compliance, and offboarding. Advise managers, employees, the CEO, and executive team on people matters; maintain career frameworks and salary benchmarking; organize team activities; and shape culture across a global, multicultural hybrid workforce.
