Build and ship features (embedded calling, payments, auth), ensure reliability on low-end devices and limited connectivity, investigate bugs using call quality data, use AI tooling to improve development, and contribute to architecture and sprint planning informed by user research and feedback.

Build and maintain tested, documented dbt data models and pipelines on BigQuery; create KPIs, dashboards, governance, monitoring, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable reliable self-serve analytics.

Lead and own end-to-end QA: design and build mobile/web/API automation frameworks, write and review automation code, drive automation roadmap and metrics, integrate quality gates and CI/CD, and embed a quality culture across the engineering team.
