Partner with enterprise Sales to lead discovery, deliver business-focused demos, design solutions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and advise executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Client Experience, and Engineering to ensure adoption, drive expansion, and improve demo assets and sales enablement.

Support Salesforce reporting, build and maintain Power BI executive dashboards and scalable data models, validate and reconcile revenue data, support forecasting and pipeline analysis, identify trends and data quality issues, and communicate insights to stakeholders across the business.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and delivery of enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning implementations. Manage project plans, risks, tooling, and cross-functional teams; act as primary customer contact; drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement of implementation playbooks.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning implementations: translate designs into delivery plans, manage integrations, data provisioning, UAT and cutover, run training and adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, capture lessons learned, and support PMO governance to drive time-to-value and smooth CSM handoffs.
