Translates customer priorities into business-focused recommendations, presents to executive stakeholders, and collaborates with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience. Supports customer adoption, competitive positioning, sales enablement, demo assets, and continuous improvement of the Solution Consulting practice.

Lead IT helpdesk delivery for the Bangalore site, serving as the primary local IT contact. Administer Okta, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Jira Service Management, endpoints, hardware, and employee onboarding/offboarding. Coordinate vendors, assets, repairs, access reviews, audit evidence, and security controls. Support incident resolution, process documentation, automation, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff and partnering with global IT, HR, Security, and site leadership.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning implementations: translate designs into delivery plans, manage integrations, data provisioning, UAT and cutover, run training and adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, capture lessons learned, and support PMO governance to drive time-to-value and smooth CSM handoffs.
