The role requires strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, detailed analysis, communication, and participation in the Nuclear Emergency Response Organization, including rotational on-call responsibilities and emergency response. The position is onsite and may require travel, overtime, and non-traditional scheduling.

Manages counterparty credit risk across power and gas trading portfolios, including credit assessments, exposure monitoring, collateral and liquidity management, risk modeling, stress testing, and margin analysis. Negotiates credit terms, maintains ETRM data, produces senior-management reporting, and leads automation and process-improvement initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of ISO/RTO markets, derivatives, hedging structures, and stakeholder management.

Maintains design bases, develops calculations, evaluates plant systems, resolves technical issues, supports modifications, coordinates with site teams and vendors, reviews industry operating experience, and delivers compliant engineering products. The role may be Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Principal Engineer depending on experience and includes participation in emergency response organization functions.

Manage and maintain the long-term integrated station schedule, prioritize and prepare work for execution, control schedule risk, lead the Cycle Scheduling team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee work screening and backlog reduction, monitor performance using station reporting tools, and provide training, coaching, and support for outage and emergency roles.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor at a nuclear power plant, delivering employee and labor relations, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits support, workforce planning, HR compliance, and metrics analysis to support a safe, engaged, high-performing workforce.

The Legislative Affairs Director will lead state legislative strategy in Ohio and Indiana, influence legislation, develop relationships with policymakers, and coordinate advocacy efforts aligned with business priorities.

Manage preparation and execution of the weekly integrated station schedule at a nuclear power plant. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance, surveillances, outages, clearances and emergent work; perform risk assessments (nuclear, generation, radiological), publish daily schedule updates, lead cross-functional teams, and perform post-week assessments. Serve as single point of contact for the assigned week and support outage and emergency response duties as qualified.
