Lead manufacturing equipment projects from supplier selection through delivery and cost control. Define execution strategies, manage risks and schedules, liaise with suppliers, ensure quality, drive timely payments and cash flow, and travel to workshops and job sites as needed.

Support project managers by creating, maintaining and analyzing resource-loaded Level 4 CDM schedules and WBS, tracking baselines and forecasts, coordinating cross-functional teams, producing reports, performing what-if analysis, and ensuring schedules meet contractual and company standards.

Prepare and analyze financial records, perform month- and year-end close, reconciliations, full-cycle accounts payable, intercompany transactions, and support audits. Coordinate with procurement, assist CFO with banking and special projects, and produce monthly/quarterly reporting for US and Mexico operations.

Work includes mechanical design and 3D modeling, product development and testing, technical documentation, production and commissioning, with mentorship and potential post-graduation employment.

Lead project financial planning, monitoring, and control for EPC projects. Develop budgets, cash flows and billing schedules; track WBS costs; identify and mitigate schedule and cost risks; ensure contract compliance and revenue recognition; prepare status and management reports; coordinate with project teams, procurement, group controllers and auditors; support forecasting, claims, change orders and contractual dispute responses. Report to CFO.
