Supports engineering activities for new designs, structural and system improvements, and technical problem resolution. Coordinates cross-functional project execution, resource planning, workload management, budgeting, documentation, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. Provides technical recommendations to management and monitors technology trends, operational costs, schedules, customer relationships, and engineering standards.

Lead mechanical engineering, conveyor design, calculations, technical evaluation, and execution of bulk materials handling projects from concept through commissioning. Responsibilities include equipment sizing, vendor evaluation, technical documentation, quality assurance, troubleshooting, cost optimization, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The role also mentors junior engineers and supports tendering, fabrication, installation, performance verification, and project handover.

Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for conveyor systems, stackers/reclaimers and mobile machines; detail structural steel, create BOMs/material take-offs, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and ensure compliance with IS/ISO/DIN and GD&T standards.
