Lead end-to-end product design for complex, ambiguous initiatives, from discovery and research through implementation. Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to create accessible, intuitive experiences, contribute to design systems, communicate design rationale, shape product strategy, and mentor through influence. The role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, collaboration, and experience using AI-assisted design workflows and modern front-end technologies.

Own and improve the revenue tech stack and CRM hygiene (HubSpot), design and deploy AI agents and automation to reduce manual work, build leadership dashboards and forecasting analytics, document systems and processes, and enable adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to scale revenue operations.

Support Benefits Partner team in managing client relationships, onboarding, and account tasks. Monitor client metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, document processes, attend client meetings, and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Lead architecture and implementation of ledger, payments, and money-movement systems. Design reliable backend services, integrations, and data models for balances, reimbursements, reconciliation, reversals, and payment state. Guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, partner with product leadership, and apply production financial systems experience to ensure correctness and operational reliability.
