The People Operations Manager leads employee relations, workplace investigations, HR compliance, policy administration, performance-management support, and manager coaching. The role owns multi-state compliance infrastructure, audits, recordkeeping, reporting, training, and policy updates while partnering on workforce planning, compensation, onboarding, benefits, and scalable People programs. This position advises employees and managers on sensitive workplace matters, identifies HR risks and trends, and mentors a People Operations Generalist.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex, ambiguous initiatives, from discovery and research through implementation. Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to create accessible, intuitive experiences, contribute to design systems, communicate design rationale, shape product strategy, and mentor through influence. The role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, collaboration, and experience using AI-assisted design workflows and modern front-end technologies.

Lead architecture and implementation of ledger, payments, and money-movement systems. Design reliable backend services, integrations, and data models for balances, reimbursements, reconciliation, reversals, and payment state. Guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, partner with product leadership, and apply production financial systems experience to ensure correctness and operational reliability.
