Serve as the operational owner of the client experience for employer ICHRA programs: lead onboarding and training, provide strategic and operational guidance, monitor client health and retention risk, deliver operational insights, advocate client needs internally, and lead escalations to ensure timely resolution.

The role involves developing training for benefits consultants, managing the ICHRA Readiness Certification, and improving consultant engagement through education and relationship-building.

The Business Development Manager will expand ICHRA adoption through partnerships, manage relationships with consulting firms, and generate leads, contributing to sales growth.
