Perform quality control across assigned fiber broadband construction projects: develop and maintain QC plans, conduct site inspections, prepare QC reports, escalate safety or compliance issues, run QC meetings, and support project teams to ensure work meets contract, safety, and company standards.

Supervise day-to-day field team operations for fiber broadband construction, prioritize safety, ensure timely, quality completion of tasks, train and coach crew members, perform performance management and safety observations, maintain equipment and vehicles, and deliver excellent customer experience.

Read splicing prints, apply color codes, operate fusion splicers and test equipment, complete daily production reports and as-built maps, maintain vehicle and materials, safely operate bucket trucks and ladders, and follow customer and industry specifications.

Prepare and verify project invoices, track weekly invoice status, update job data from client portals, assist revenue verification for invoicing and payroll, communicate with clients and field teams, resolve billing issues, and produce ad-hoc reports while meeting client deadlines.
