Manage planning, budgets, schedules, resources, and cross-functional teams for nationwide telecommunications projects. Conduct site walk-outs, enter billing into Penguin Data, review engineering LLDs, enforce quality and safety standards, mitigate risks, maintain project documentation, and report to stakeholders. Frequent travel (~80%) and occasional after-hours availability required.

Perform installation, repair, splicing, testing, activation and troubleshooting of fiber and coax networks. Read splicing prints, apply color codes, operate fusion splicers and test equipment, complete daily production reports and as-built maps, maintain vehicle and materials, safely operate bucket trucks and ladders, and follow customer and industry specifications.

Support engineering supervisor with project definition, path planning, site asset documentation, permitting, budgeting, and project packet development. Manage project stages, update systems and records, assist design team with site plans and materials, and provide customer service while performing fieldwork and site walkouts.

Perform and manage quality control activities for telecom construction projects: develop QC plans, perform site inspections, prepare QC reports, communicate issues to leadership, and run QC meetings to ensure contract and safety compliance.

Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, debt, corporate cards, and equity. Support audits, internal reporting, controls, and process improvements, and serve as day-to-day contact for expense reporting and fixed assets.

Supervise Account Reconciliation team to ensure accurate billing reconciliation, resolve discrepancies with internal and external teams, communicate coding errors to technicians, produce and maintain Excel reports, assist on special projects, and support reconciliation across areas as needed.

Perform accounting for cash, fixed assets, equity, debt, and corporate cards; prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations; support audits, internal reporting, and budgeting; maintain controls and audit-ready documentation; identify and implement process improvements and automation.

Supervise day-to-day field team operations for fiber broadband construction, prioritize safety, ensure timely, quality completion of tasks, train and coach crew members, perform performance management and safety observations, maintain equipment and vehicles, and deliver excellent customer experience.

Perform accurate data entry and management across Excel and industry platforms, handle client and field communications, resolve billing inquiries, generate reports, maintain digital filing and SOPs, perform data quality audits, coordinate with accounting, and support process improvements and special projects in an in-office administrative role.

Prepare and verify project invoices, track weekly invoice status, update job data from client portals, assist revenue verification for invoicing and payroll, communicate with clients and field teams, resolve billing issues, and produce ad-hoc reports while meeting client deadlines.
