Supervise account reconciliation activities, reconcile client statements for completed technician jobs, investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain Excel reports, communicate coding corrections, and support special reconciliation projects. The role collaborates with internal teams, external partners, and technicians while ensuring accurate reporting, confidentiality, and efficient team performance.

Supports telecom construction project execution by coordinating activities, resources, equipment, schedules, procurement, budgets, documentation, and communications. The specialist liaises with clients and internal teams, monitors progress, manages risks and issues, supports quality assurance, tracks expenditures, prepares project paperwork and reports, and helps the Project Manager remove blockers while ensuring project requirements and standards are met.
