Prepare and verify project invoices and payroll revenue, track weekly invoice status and update jobs from client portals to internal systems, maintain daily trackers, schedule pre-construction and permitting tasks, communicate with clients, field leaders and jurisdictions, and perform other assigned administrative billing duties.

Support multi-state tax and regulatory compliance (sales/use tax, licenses, gross receipts) and prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules. Assist with income tax provision, audit readiness, internal controls, and documentation. Partner with operations, billing, finance, and external advisors, monitor tax law changes, and identify opportunities to automate and improve tax and compliance processes.
