Lead public roadway and utility infrastructure projects from proposal through completion, managing technical execution, schedules, budgets, client relationships, agency approvals, consultants, design staff, and business development. Provide engineering oversight, mentor engineers and CAD staff, prepare proposals and fees, and ensure compliant, high-quality designs. Requires a Colorado P.E. license, civil engineering degree, and extensive public infrastructure project management experience.

Lead public roadway and utility improvement projects from proposal through delivery. Manage clients, scopes, budgets, billing, schedules, agency approvals, project staff, design quality, specifications, and change orders. Oversee grading, drainage, utility, and site plan preparation using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Mentor engineers and CAD staff, solve civil engineering design problems, support marketing and client development, and maintain project profitability and technical standards.

Lead real estate, architecture, engineering, or construction projects from design and entitlement through permitting and construction documentation. Coordinate clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, municipalities, and agencies while managing schedules, budgets, risks, approvals, reporting, and plan checks across multiple projects. Conduct feasibility and due diligence, support construction sequencing and issue resolution, maintain project controls, and improve delivery processes.

Lead design and delivery of public roadway and utility projects: manage staff, client relationships, proposals, budgets, agency plan processing, design review, specifications, and project controls while mentoring junior engineers.

Perform hydrology and stormwater quality reviews, mapping, modeling, hydraulic calculations, and technical report writing. Ensure compliance with state and federal stormwater regulations, prepare Drainage Studies, WQMP, LID, and SWPPP documents, size stormwater devices, and support land development design, plan production, and general engineering needs. The role involves site visits, client meetings, and coordination for plan submittals.
