Lead design and delivery of public roadway and utility projects: manage staff and budgets, interface with clients and public agencies, prepare designs and specifications using Civil 3D/AutoCAD, establish project controls, mentor junior engineers, and support marketing and business development.

Perform hydrology and stormwater quality review, analysis, modeling, and report writing (WQMP, LID, SWPPP). Ensure regulatory compliance, size stormwater devices with hydraulic calculations, prepare drainage studies, and support land development design and plan production using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Lead design and delivery of public roadway and utility projects from proposal to completion. Manage schedules, budgets, and client relations; coordinate teams and agencies; mentor engineers and provide technical oversight. Support business development and ensure regulatory compliance and quality construction documentation.
