Leads public roadway and utility improvement projects from design through delivery. Manages clients, proposals, scopes, budgets, billing, agency processing, project staff, schedules, quality controls, and construction specifications. Performs civil engineering calculations and design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, mentors junior staff, supports marketing and client development, and oversees grading, drainage, utility, and site plans.

Manages clients, proposals, scopes, fees, billing, agency plan processing, project staff, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and technical design. Performs engineering calculations, prepares grading and utility plans, writes construction specifications, develops cost estimates, mentors junior staff, and supports marketing and client development. Requires a California Professional Engineer license and expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
