Coordinate environmental projects from planning through completion by maintaining project files, tracking costs and deadlines, reviewing vendor invoices, preparing billing documentation, monitoring receivables, and communicating action items among project managers, field teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Manages public roadway and utility improvement projects from proposal through delivery. Responsibilities include client relationships, scopes and fees, agency plan processing, staff leadership, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, billing, change orders, technical design oversight, construction specifications, and mentoring engineers and CAD staff. The role also performs civil engineering calculations, supports marketing and client development, and coordinates grading, drainage, utility, and land development design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Manage multi-site development projects from preliminary design through entitlements, permitting, construction documentation, and completion. Coordinate consultants, vendors, contractors, municipalities, and clients while tracking schedules, budgets, risks, approvals, and action items. Lead feasibility studies, due diligence, plan checks, stakeholder communications, and process improvements across retail, convenience, fuel, restaurant, EV, or other programmatic development projects.
