Provide high-level executive support to the CEO: manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, coordinate Board and Leadership Team meetings, handle end-to-end business and international travel logistics, support C-level scheduling, and manage internal and external stakeholder communications while maintaining discretion and proactive, independent ownership.

Design and deliver multi-channel marketing assets (landing pages, emails, ads, presentations), create performance-driven creatives for Meta/Google, evolve and maintain brand identity and design systems, collaborate with Growth on data-led iterations and A/B tests, and work with video creators to produce core video creative.

Provide empathetic, multi-channel customer support via tickets, chat, and phone. Become product expert, resolve issues, share customer insights to improve product and processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey.
