The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Culinary, Nutrition, Marketing, HR, Procurement, and Operations while providing sales-team leadership, forecasting, market intelligence, and strategic growth direction.

Develops new corporate dining and workplace hospitality business across an assigned market. Builds executive relationships, creates qualified pipelines, leads consultative sales and RFP processes, develops customized operating and financial solutions, and negotiates long-cycle contracts. Partners with Operations, Finance, Culinary, Marketing, HR, and Procurement through proposal development and implementation. Maintains market intelligence, forecasts, target-account strategies, and referral networks while traveling extensively throughout the territory.

Provides technical support and systems administration across Taher’s Microsoft environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, managing devices and endpoints, administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, maintaining Windows Server and network infrastructure, supporting security tools and policies, coordinating vendors, and documenting systems and procedures.

Manage end-to-end logistics for a national rollout, including raw material forecasting, procurement, production scheduling alignment, inventory control, storage, and inbound/outbound distribution. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, maintain project plans, monitor inventory and shipments, identify operational risks, and use analytics to optimize logistics efficiency and prevent shortages or overstock.
