Oversee all manufacturing operations at a food production facility, including production scheduling, quality control, maintenance, budgeting, food safety compliance, waste reduction, and staff development. Lead production, maintenance, office, and QA teams; resolve operational issues; optimize equipment and processes; implement continuous improvement initiatives; and ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Prepare school meals according to recipes, portioning, food safety, temperature, sanitation, and production standards. Complete production sheets, manage workstation setup and cleanup, receive and store deliveries, apply FIFO practices, meet daily deadlines, and provide professional guest service. The role requires teamwork, dependability, basic arithmetic, communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Lead foodservice worker who prepares and serves meals in K-12 school kitchens, supervises and trains staff, ensures food safety and sanitation, manages setup and cleanup, assists with paperwork and ordering, and delivers excellent customer service.

Prepare, serve, and distribute chef-created school lunches; set up condiment/utensil stations; maintain food safety and cleanliness; demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and punctuality; follow leadership direction and perform other assigned duties.
