Lead end-to-end credit strategy and underwriting architecture, build scalable decisioning and risk models, monitor portfolio performance, launch credit products, and hire and manage the credit risk and underwriting team while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The Head of Marketing will define and lead the marketing vision at Taekus, focusing on product positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and brand strategy while scaling the marketing organization.

Own and unify platform infrastructure, CI/CD, release automation, secrets and feature-flag systems, and observability. Ensure reliability, security, and compliance (PCI-DSS/SOC 2), contribute to codebase, and participate in on-call rotation while building developer self-service tooling.
