Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance software. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, own features through deployment, mentor peers, perform code reviews, optimize performance, and integrate AI-assisted development workflows.

Support corporate category buyers with POS-based analysis, dashboards, and recommendations to improve category and brand performance. Maintain retailer/distributor relationships, produce recurring sales and space/product analyses, assist with item setup and promo support, and provide field/customer-facing support for operational issues.

Serve as primary contact for Kroger divisions and vendors on the GlobalWorx platform. Drive platform adoption, retention, and operational improvements by managing accounts, conducting reviews, onboarding and training, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution, executing field operations to improve distributor service and in-stock rates, generating analytical insights, and managing multiple projects with retailer, distributor, and manufacturer stakeholders.
