Lead and execute graphic and basic motion design projects from concept to delivery. Create high-quality visuals, develop creative concepts, ensure brand alignment, mentor designers, manage multiple projects and deadlines, collaborate with Art Director and Design Manager, and contribute to storyboarding and animation phases.

Lead strategic account oversight for key clients, mentor account teams, direct multi-account digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance, resolve complex client issues, and drive account growth and business development.

Lead creative direction, translate marketing strategy into visual narratives, mentor mid and junior designers, manage client interactions, ensure high-quality design output, and collaborate across teams to maintain cohesive branding and incorporate current design trends.
