Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead graphic design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and motion formats.
- Create high-quality visuals (graphics, illustrations, infographics, and basic motion designs).
- Develop creative concepts and bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand and aligned with client and company guidelines.
- Review and guide junior، mid-level and senior designers’ work to maintain quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
- Collaborate with Art Director and Design Manager across several projects
- Participate in motion design phases (storyboarding, animation, asset selection).
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bring a strong personal design edge that sets you apart as a senior creative.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with experience leading or mentoring designers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and basic motion work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and design systems.
- Experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to give constructive feedback and guide junior team members.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Skills Required
