Lead customer implementations from onboarding through go-live. Translate accounting requirements into ERP, CRM, tax, payment, and finance-system integrations; manage testing, timelines, milestones, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment. Serve as an accounting systems subject-matter expert, coach internal teams, recommend change-management approaches, identify product gaps, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver successful implementations.

Executes daily payments operations, including merchant exceptions, reconciliation, disputes, chargebacks, ACH returns, reserves, and settlement issues. Investigates discrepancies, monitors merchant activity, maintains operational documentation, tracks KPIs, and escalates problems appropriately. The role also identifies process improvements and collaborates with Finance, Engineering, Support, and commercial teams to implement operational changes and tooling as Tabs scales its payments program.

Own NetSuite scoping and implementation playbooks, train Solutions and Implementation teams, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex configurations and integration failures. Build sandbox environments and internal tooling, prototype SuiteScript or RESTlet solutions, and advise Product and Engineering on integration architecture and roadmap priorities. The role requires deep NetSuite expertise across SuiteCloud tools, ARM, accounting workflows, and bi-directional integrations in a 0-to-1 environment.
