Own NetSuite scoping and implementation playbooks, train Solutions and Implementation teams, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex configurations and integration failures. Build sandbox environments and internal tooling, prototype SuiteScript or RESTlet solutions, and advise Product and Engineering on integration architecture and roadmap priorities. The role requires deep NetSuite expertise across SuiteCloud tools, ARM, accounting workflows, and bi-directional integrations in a 0-to-1 environment.

Build and scale Tabs’ Financial Sync ERP platform, enabling reliable integrations with external ERP and general ledger systems. Develop usage-to-billing pipelines, ingest and aggregate high-volume events, support dynamic pricing, and work across backend infrastructure and frontend configuration tools. Own systems end to end, contribute to architecture and production reliability, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and customers.

Provide first-line technical support for merchants: triage and resolve issues across invoicing, payments, integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe), and data workflows; escalate to Engineering; identify recurring issues; create documentation and merchant education; collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Contract Operations. Will handle high ticket volume and provide some out-of-hours coverage.
