Own CRM analytics strategy, measurement methodology, experimentation, data quality, and performance reporting. Partner with CRM marketers, Product, data platform, and data science teams to define trusted metrics, manage dbt models in BigQuery, build Tableau dashboards, evaluate models, and enable self-service analytics. Guide decisions on campaign performance, incrementality, holdouts, A/B tests, and customer engagement insights.
