Lead Tabby’s Kuwait compliance function and serve as principal liaison with the Central Bank of Kuwait. Responsibilities include managing registration and licensing, building compliance policies and controls, acting as MLRO, overseeing AML/CFT, CDD, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring, maintaining consumer protection controls, tracking regulatory changes, preparing regulatory and committee reports, conducting assessments, and advising internal teams on compliance requirements.

Develop and maintain the corporate data warehouse using cloud technologies and best practices. Build data synchronization systems, EL/ELT/ETL pipelines, collection tools, and data governance and quality processes. Support business users, analysts, and machine learning engineers while optimizing data processing, storage, and infrastructure costs.
