Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and field-office communication. Track costs, prepare RFIs/subcontracts/purchase orders, attend meetings, monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Perform in-process, final, and incoming material inspections; complete inspection reports and maintain quality records. Support root cause investigations, corrective/preventive actions, and document nonconformances. Verify product identification, traceability, and electrical switch gear functions using Procore to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinates logistics for active commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or heavy civil construction projects. Responsibilities include supporting construction sequencing and field operations, managing warehouses, material staging, inventory control, laydown yards, temporary infrastructure, and multi-contractor logistics. The role may supervise logistics personnel or support crews, manage multiple priorities, and use Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Construction field experience is required; OSHA 30 certification and mission-critical project experience are preferred.
