Coordinates NCFT participation in Army modernization and equipping conferences, synchronizes Army Futures Command events, manages staff actions and milestone tracking, and supports senior leaders. Develops plans, calendars, meeting agendas, briefings, situation reports, significant activity reports, operational view charts, and after-action reports. Requires strong communication, organization, DOTML-PF knowledge, military or event coordination experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Serves as the technical, operational, and policy advisor for coalition interoperability within Army NGC2. Performs system-of-systems integration, architecture and standards analysis, technology refresh assessments, trade studies, automation evaluations, and interoperability testing. Develops roadmaps, technology insertion recommendations, technical products, and senior-level briefings. Supports multinational exercises, forums, working groups, experimentation, and acquisition activities while advising stakeholders on NATO, ABCANZ, FMN, STANAG, MIP, and CIAV interoperability requirements.

Develops operational use cases, executes SATCOM waveform conformance tests, integrates RF and network test equipment, analyzes packet traffic and test data, prepares formal test plans and reports, and briefs technical results to government and industry stakeholders. Supports Protected Tactical Waveform, PATS, and WGS certification activities while collaborating with mission partners.
