Responsibilities include project planning, dependency and milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, change control, resource coordination, risk and issue resolution, customer escalation management, billing, revenue forecasting, subcontractor invoice reconciliation, documentation, and lessons learned. Requires collaboration with customers, internal teams, management, and third-party contractors, with travel under 25%.

Develops and grows strategic reseller, operator, distributor, and technology partner relationships. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, creating joint sales plans, enabling partners, managing pipeline and forecasts, driving indirect revenue, supporting proposals and negotiations, coordinating implementations, tracking performance in Salesforce, and representing the company at industry events. Requires 5+ years of channel sales, business development, or partner management experience, with travel up to 50%.

Develops and leads enterprise test automation strategy across multiple application platforms. Builds and maintains automation frameworks, integrates test suites into CI/CD pipelines, improves testing practices, analyzes failures, reviews requirements and architecture, and ensures compliance with coding and corporate standards. The role also supports hiring, cross-functional collaboration, API and database testing, defect analysis, environment management, and continuous quality improvement.

Processes customer payments and vendor invoices, reconciles accounts and statements, resolves billing discrepancies, supports collections and payment runs, verifies vendor banking information, maintains documentation, and handles customer and vendor requests. The role requires attention to detail, accounting software and Excel proficiency, and independent work in a hybrid environment.

Provides technical product support for T2 Flex PE parking solutions through phone, email, and remote tools. Diagnoses software, configuration, database, communications, reporting, integration, and operational issues; documents cases; guides customers through troubleshooting; and escalates complex problems to Engineering or other teams. Maintains support queues, monitors escalations, develops knowledge-base and training materials, participates in incident triage and improvement projects, and joins an on-call rotation.

Work on an agile team to design, build, test, and maintain full-stack software for parking and mobility solutions. Collaborate with product owners and designers, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to tooling, automation, and continuous improvement.
