Provide hands-on technical leadership for an enterprise application platform: design and implement platform features, integrations, and services; drive full SDLC; enforce engineering standards, observability, and release readiness; troubleshoot production issues; and coach/mentor engineers to improve delivery and quality.

Manage the end-to-end RMA process for PARCS hardware: receive and validate RMA requests, issue RMA records, coordinate shipments and returns, track lifecycle in support systems, inspect and disposition hardware, maintain serial/failure documentation, collaborate with teams to identify recurring issues and meet SLAs.

Hands-on technical lead for an enterprise platform: design and implement features, integrations, and services; drive full SDLC; ensure architecture, observability, release readiness, and production troubleshooting; enforce coding, testing, and release quality; coach and mentor engineers; own CI/CD pipelines and release engineering.
