Performs functional, integration, regression, and automated software testing for a defense program. Monitors service health, troubleshoots outages and user account access, restarts services or servers, handles customer requests through phone, email, chat, and tickets, documents communications in ServiceNow, escalates issues, and instructs users on service usage.

Administer, maintain, patch, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases across on-premise and cloud environments. Manage indexes, performance, instances, applications, backup and recovery processes, and database architectures across multiple networks. Operate and maintain multi-cloud AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP environments using Infrastructure as Code and SRE practices. Develop CI/CD automation, scripts, and deployment infrastructure across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Improve observability, resilience, IAM, networking, and security governance while onboarding FedRAMP cloud services. The role requires cloud experience across at least four relevant areas, including Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, scripting, security testing, and cloud architecture.

Manages ServiceNow queues, ticket triage, assignments, SLA and KPI reporting, account submissions and recertifications, vulnerability coordination, AWS Health Alerts, system and website monitoring, service account password changes, audit artifact collection, and AWS/Azure inventory reporting. Develops test plans, scenarios, strategies, readiness reviews, and reports; manages test assets, resources, personnel, infrastructure, and data. Analyzes results to verify compliance with requirements and translates findings into evaluative conclusions. The role also supports networking, security risk assessment, automated test scripting, and intelligence-related testing for a DISA defense program.

Designs, develops, implements, and optimizes databases supporting national security systems. Creates database schemas, queries, scripts, macros, parser and loading software, and cloud-based data storage and retrieval solutions. Translates business and IT requirements into database structures, evaluates system improvements, and directs database architecture decisions involving scale, performance, distribution, retention, security, and domain controls throughout the system lifecycle.

As a CNO Developer, you will develop offensive cyber capabilities, design and document applications, ensure software engineering standards, and apply security concepts.

Support the GATEKEEPER product lifecycle by building and managing DoD installations, collaborating with developers/QA/DevOps on testing, validation, and performance tuning, and ensuring security compliance. Implement CI/CD with GitLab, containerization with Docker (Kubernetes a plus), cloud infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation on AWS (RDS), and maintain monitoring, logging, documentation, and ICAM integration for production readiness.
