Performs integration, interoperability, functional, connection, and file validation testing for mission-critical software. Configures test environments, channels, routes, and system interfaces; troubleshoots network connections; reviews test data; supports customer configuration and debugging; validates electronic transactions; tracks missing files; and assists with test planning, coordination, and evaluation events. The role also provides technical and customer support through calls and email while ensuring application accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

Performs functional, integration, regression, and automated software testing for mission-critical defense applications. Analyzes requirements and user stories, designs and executes test cases, documents defects, supports root-cause analysis, and maintains automated testing scripts. Collaborates with Scrum teams, developers, program management, customers, and end users while participating in Agile ceremonies and reporting quality metrics.

Research government and open-source databases to identify visa status violations, document findings, and generate accurate reports. The analyst supports DHS ICE counterterrorism and criminal exploitation missions, monitors emerging threats and trends, meets daily reporting quotas, and collaborates with team members to achieve national security objectives.
