Provide database subject-matter expertise to support the IRS EDOS modernization program. Responsibilities include database programming and administration (DB2, Oracle, SQL), mainframe (z/OS, COBOL, JCL) support, disaster recovery and system architecture guidance, adherence to government security requirements, and project management to meet tight deadlines. Requires active IRS MBI clearance and US citizenship.

Design, implement, and manage high-throughput Apache NiFi data pipelines. Build scalable NiFi flows to ingest, route, transform, and deliver data, automate deployments, monitor and troubleshoot flows, and support secure data movement across systems and cloud infrastructure.

Develop and modernize front-end processing services for a malware analysis program. Build Java-based REST services, integrate messaging and containerization, and collaborate in an Agile team using Git and Atlassian tools. Support tool modernization and implementation of frameworks to process mission-critical data.
