Troubleshoot REST service integrations, LDAP, SQL, PKI, and access-granting issues; manage customer tickets in JIRA; analyze systems; document solutions in Confluence; communicate complex technical concepts; and educate customers on software capabilities. The role requires extensive ICAM experience and an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

Support DISA JITC TEC II program by designing, executing, and maintaining functional, automated, and performance tests. Participate in Agile ceremonies, document and track defects, collaborate with developers and program management, and provide testing status and quality metrics.
