Coordinates climate change events, workshops, webinars, surveys, community engagement, resource databases, project reports, timelines, and deliverables. Supports climate initiatives across Tŝilhqot'in communities, researches funding opportunities, assists with grant proposals, and maintains funding allocation reports. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, independent work, Microsoft Office proficiency, and cultural awareness. Travel and occasional physical tasks may be required.

The Finance Controller oversees the organization’s financial operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, tax filings, statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls. The role supervises a Finance Officer, communicates financial metrics to leadership, supports departmental decision-making, and ensures accurate, organized financial records and efficient office processes.

Leads the overall administration, operations, programs, finances, human resources, and staff management of the ʔEsdilagh First Nation. Advises Chief and Council, implements strategic direction, oversees policies and compliance, manages contracts and funding, supports community relations, and represents the organization with government and external partners.

Seasonal Catch Monitors perform field monitoring and community liaison for Tŝilhqot'in fisheries: ensure safety and regulatory compliance, issue Food Fish Authorization Permits, record daily data, inform fishers of regulations, and travel to assigned locations. Work may include independent or team duties, overtime, and light lifting.

Lead and oversee a team of registered mental health clinicians across six Tŝilhqot'in communities. Provide clinical leadership, develop wrap‑around services, create policies, deliver capacity‑building, manage budgets, liaise with stakeholders, submit reports, and ensure culturally safe, trauma‑informed mental wellness programming aligned with First Nations practices and provincial mental health legislation.

Lead nation-wide quality assurance for culturally grounded child and family services. Develop performance measures, conduct practice reviews, monitor outcomes, identify risks, recommend improvements, and support evaluation frameworks and data systems. Provide reports to leadership and support continuous improvement across Tsilhqot'in communities.
